Every visit starts with condition photos. If there is a chip, a curbed wheel or a scratch, it is on record before we begin. No arguments later about what we did or did not do.

Most detailing businesses grow by adding volume. More cars per day, faster turnarounds, cheaper products, less time per vehicle. It works as a business model, and it is exactly why so many expensive cars end up with swirled paint and an interior that smells like solvent.
Hitman Detailing runs the opposite way. We take a limited number of clients, mostly on recurring schedules, and we build the route around them. That means we know your car: where the paint is thin, which wheel picks up brake dust, the scratch that was already there when you bought it.
We are mobile because that is genuinely better for our clients, not because it is cheaper for us. Your car does not sit at a shop overnight. You do not arrange a ride. Nobody else drives it. We arrive with our own water and power, we work in your driveway, and the vehicle never leaves your property.
How we operate
Rules we do not break.
We will not chase a defect into the clear coat
Paint is a finite resource. Some defects can be safely removed and some cannot. We tell you which is which instead of polishing away thickness you can never get back.
One vehicle at a time
We do not overlap appointments to squeeze in another car. While we are at your home, your vehicle is the only job.
We reschedule rather than rush
Bad weather, a coating that needs more cure time, paint that turns out worse than the photos showed. We move the appointment. We do not deliver a compromised result on time.
Local
We work where you live.
Jacksonville covers more ground than any other city in the country, which is why so many mobile detailers advertise the whole metro and then cannot actually get to you. We hold a tight radius instead: Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, the beaches, and the established neighborhoods along the river.
Keeping the radius small is what makes a recurring schedule possible. It is also why we can be at your house on the same day you call when something comes up.
